Okay, remember the episode entitled "The Library"? How about when Toph said that she can't see very well because the sand is loose and shifty? (she was still able to see regardless, meaning that sand is earth)
Remember the part where the "sandbenders" were capturing Appa, as Toph was trying to keep the library from sinking.
I suggest you all watch that part of the episode, and notice what Toph does. From the part where the library begins sinking to the part where Toph says "Sorry Appa".
I believe this is the part where I rub that dirt off my shoulder

given the scenario, how well she was able to do it is irrelevant.
This topic is based on whether an Earthbender can bend sand, and it has been established that sand is earth.
Oh and if you look in the episode named "The Avatar State", I suggest that you look at the fight between the captain and Katara. Where she is about to hit him with a water whip, and yet the Captain bends sand to absorb the water and negate her attack
Given the pure logic, and hard evidence from the show itself, I believe I am right.

What does that even mean anyway? And you're right, wopdtido. I still think that sand benders are the only ones who actually have a fighting style based on sand bending, so other earth benders i do not beleave, could bend the sand to its highest potential.

Oh, shut up. At the time i was trying to keep her from leaving, and she brought her profile back, so you know what? I succeeded. And it's not like you couldn't dole out a compliment every once and a while. You know, something that doesn't have to do with the size of tylees chest area!
