Yes it would, but it would also make for an exilent tragic story if he died in killing the Fire lord. There's a sort of balance to these things. A bitter sweetness that makes it worth telling and hearing. Everyone likes to be able to cry over a hero who gave everything for his cause, but didn't live to see his goals relized.

i doubt he will die tho, hes the main charavter, he has to save the world and most of the time te hero gets the girl,and i believe that he will

Not all the time. But i just want someone good to die. It's totally stupid that they are constantly in mortal peril and no one dies. Whats up with that?
