Setting is the Fire Nation Prison.
Basically, your friend is a captive in a jail cell. The fire nation General (not me) challenges you and your friend to a "game". If you and someone else can get passed all the guards and into the right prison cell before the general does, the captive will be spared.

Okay! I'll do this RPG.. since I've never done this before please be patient with me..
So! a refresher of my character!
Now I'm gonna start this, but since another person has to come and eventually help me, the first person who replies gets to be that person! Yay for them! (it'll make sense after you read the cliffhanger I write)
Let's begin...

The sun's rays burned brightly as it rose across the sky, marking the beginning of another day. The humid and scorching weather was enough to make even the toughest warrior collapse in defeat. But what else do you expect from the Fire Nation?
Peeling myself from the tree I was leaning against, I stepped out into the light. Not only was I swept over by the intenseness of the weather, but I also felt the ache of nolstagia. The Northern Water Tribe weather was so much different then this..
But, I had to be here. En rang had gotten himself captured because of me; if I didn't even try and get him out of the prison I'd be plagued with guilt for the rest of my days. I looked around for my other friend and found him/her snorning softly in a nearby tree, not bothered by the morning light.

Who wants to be my friend? haha. Umm.. if you end up not being from the water tribe like my character then I can make up a story about how you ended up befriending my character.. and eventually joining me.
And I'm starting this before we talk to the general.. so next person if you please, don't bring it up yet. I'm trying to make this interesting and long..

Na Jin, or Jin as most people call her, was like a little sister to me. When she was old enough, I took her out to practice waterbending at a young age. Her skills were improving beyond healing. She could take some benders twice her age down, but only if she was focused. Focusing was a weakness for her..
"Jin! Wake up!" I whispered as loud as I could without raising my voice. I was anxious. The fire nation was new territory to me and I felt jumpy, as if someone was watching us.
Shaking off the unlikely, I started to move toward Jin, but she was already waking up.

I had been awake a while. I was not scared but excited this was the first time I have ever been away from home! I got up and ignored Ning Kai, or as i call her Kai, And went straight for my food. It's was hot out but I was Too Excited to care.
"Kai where's the food?", I asked. Then I had to ask,"When are we going to go Get are friend out?"
Me and my big mouth! She will tell when she wants to.

For future reference, the friend's name is En rang. I might make a character thing for him later if a guy wants to join in on the role-play

Jin's question was expected since I hadn't told her the plan yet, but it knocked the breath out of me anyway. Just thinking of my friend made me want to cry, and at the same time punch something.
Jin was too optimistic, thinking that we would be able to get En rang out of the prison and not suffer casualties. I was expecting the worse. But I wasn't about to tell her that.
"Soon... we'll rescue him soon."
I sure hope I wasn't lieing.

I could tell she was hidding something. I knew her to well. I grew up with her near me so I know.
"Well, I guess I'll find some food then." I started rummuging through stuff when it hit me. One of us might die in this rescue. I felt so stupid.
"Kai don't worry we'll find your boyfriend alive, all of us alive." I had to add the boyfriend. I thought it would get her mind off worring.

I didn't finish the sentence. I saw what she was doing. A half-smile graced my face as I realized that she was just trying to make me forget the bad situation we were in.
Shaking my head slightly, I walked over to where she was rummaging in our packs. I untied a smaller bag within my own personal traveling case, and handed her some dried seal-jerky and some peaches we had picked in the Earth Kingdom. Grinning after seeing her expression light up, I spoke.
"Hurry up and eat, kid. We're going soon."

I quickly ate as she went over our plan again. We had been in a small village and stole some clothes. There were only 2 guys there and it was easy. She got the stuff before they even saw us. She talked and talked, I didn't pay atention at all. I heard this 100 times before now I hve to hear it again.

I was going over the plan for what seemed to be the hundredth time, but you could never be too careful when dealing with the fire nation. Not too long ago we had gotten our disguises. I was dressed as a fire nation soldier, my face and other distinguishable water nation features were hidden by the mask. Jin was dressed as fire nation civilian. Our goal was to try and trick them into thinking that I was arresting Jin for crimes against the Fire Nation.
What crimes? I wasn't exactly sure but I'd always been good at making up stories under pressure.
As I repeated the plan, Jin was started to get restless. Sighing, I realized I couldn't prolong the moment any longer.
"You ready Jin?"
Her attention was back on me in an instance and she nodded enthusiastically.
"Then let's go get En rang."

I had been excited when we were up on the moutian but know as we neared the prison I got very scared. What do they do when the prisoner is fire nation? What was my crime going to be? Will i died from our trying? Is this even worth it? Yes, that one i knew the answer to. This was the first boy Kai has ever liked even if she won't admit it. I had to be strong. I know weird words for a kid my age.
"Kai, what is my crime again?" I needed to know. NOW.

Climbing the mountain was uneventful. We both had things on our minds. I was contemplating some finer points of the plan when Jin voice rang out in a panic.
"Kai, what is my crime again?"
Dang! She wanted to know what her crime was... and I still had no idea. I didn't know what the fire nation thought was punishable by prison (but not execution, I don't want to run that risk!). Hoping she didn't notice this flaw in our plan, I kept my comppsure and replied in a steady voice.
"You don't need to worry about it, Jin. I have it covered. I'll do all the talking remember? Now hurry up we are almost there."
I sped up my pace before she could reply. I let loose the breath I had been holding and turn my attention back to our destination.
Walking over a large rock, the prison came into view.
