The Perfect Spy

It was a completely normal day in the Royal Palace. Turtle doves flying gracefully, children playing Hide and go BOOM. It seems like a peaceful day in the fire nation but, something incredible is about to happen.
A man wearing a green beret and earth kingdom robes is being arrested at his food stall, guards claiming that he is selling stolen goods. The mysterious man pulls out a katana and knocks both guards out using only this hilt of the blade. Another guard sees this and pulls the alarm, soon a massive amount of security is rushing towards him, the man hesitates, and then freezes some water in front of the guards using waterbending, making most of them slip.
The man makes a tight turn, rushing into an open field, realizing, he’s just got himself trapped in a circle of about twenty men, he acknowledges that he has lost and drops his weapon, the guards move in and knock him out.
He wakes up to being dragged inside the palace, knowing that they would hit him again, he made no attempt to escape. He is thrown into a room with the fire lord himself. The fire lord says “I know you have made contact with the avatar several times… tell me where he is now, and I will spare you pathetic life”. The man says “I haven’t seen him since ba sing se… when he destroyed all of my crops”. “ well then, you have decided yo..(a distant explosion is heard as guards rush in) “sir! Your brother is escaping! He’s already destroyed the prison!” said the guard. The fire lord rushes out of the door, forgetting about the man with the beret, and the man rushes out.
It has been a week since the strange man was almost captured. He has had to steal his food, since he as acquired some infamy (and a charming new poster). The fire nation has also slandered him, calling him, the merchant of death. He has also picked up an identity, Hen Li. He also made some new friends, one is also a criminal, known as The Cab,
March ant, and Ager. Together, they are known as the Meteor Squad. They also had a cave hideout. Very exclusive.
One day, they were just sitting around, eating cave crawlers, when a seemingly harmless cloud started charging toward them, when it gets in range of there view, it turns out to be a giant bison! Out of breath and shocked, the squad makes a run for it. Just barely avoiding the bison, they find another cave, sadly, it has no cave crawlers. =(
Since there cave had been hi-jacked, along with there cave crawlers, they had to get food in town. While Ager was raiding a trash can for food, a strange little boy was walking around calling everyone “hot men”. Afraid that this boy would compromise him, he left.
March didn’t have much luck either, A very bulky man with a star on his head blew up a statue, compromising him, March was captured, and immediately was taken to the boiling rock.
With the loss of march, the gang not only had more living space in the cave, increased there popularity, March had a whole news article filled up in the new news paper "Burnin Weekly". For the better or the worse, they were known by every kid in the fire nation. Also unfortunate, those weird kids with the cloud beast moved out of the cave, after a huge party, that would be a good thing, but that is now a prime “sneak-out-and-get-away-from-your-parents” place for kids. Utterly destroying the possibility of ever going back to the cave.
Well, this ends chapter one, can you guess who is the mystery man?
This my first fan-fic ever, so… don’t expect the world out of it =P
