Aang smiled acting incent as always. Aang had told them about how he felt some connection to the room and how it comforted him. Katara thought it was strange but at least he was doing fine though. After breakfast Aang sunk down into the same chamber with the herbs inside. He walked in sitting right in the middle of the room. He sat there for hours trying to figure out what the painting meant on the walls. Aang closed his eyes in frustration next thing he knew Avatar Roku was right in front of him he was in his spirit form as always. Aang looked up not acting surprised at all.
“So Aang do I need to ask you why you are in a chamber sitting,” asked Avatar Roku. Aang smiled looking up at Roku. Aang finally answered back with his smile know in a frown.
“Well if you haven’t noticed I’m trying to figure out what this room is for and what the painting means.” Roku just smiled repealing…
“Well I noticed that but why are you just sitting there though?”
“I don’t know I just have a strange feeling about this room…like it’s supposed to help me in a way.” said Aang.
Roku nodded.”Aang in time this room will help you I know it will. If you want this room to help you I would first try cleaning your chakras. {Sorry can’t spell; it’s the 7 things inside Aang like in the episode when Aang meets the guru.} Aang nodes and Roku disappears out of site. Aang sits in the middle of the floor taking every thought out of his head and started to think clearer. Deep breathing starts and before Aang notices he has cleared all him chakras. The love chakra was hard to clear and make smooth but he knew if he needed to save the world he would have to sacrifice one thing. He then opened his eyes again looking all around the room starting to understand what everything meant. Aang was shocked at what it had said. The painting was for all avatars who where in need for help. Only an Avatar could read it. It said that there can be a way for an avatar how had lost the avatar state to gain it once more. Aang was thrilled that he had made this discovery that he WILL save the world. But was that too easy it could have been harder. Anyway air benders always knew that one day there would be some wrong in the world so they always got thing ready for it. In a way Aang felt that he himself would need this. In his heart he knew that his mother knew that he was the avatar.
Aang read the painting following all the directions that he can gain the avatar state again. He grabbed two herbs and mixed them together forming some kind of drink. He drank it and then did the next thing the painting said. It had said that he needed to sit in the middle of the room and stay there until the drink affected him. Minutes later the strange drink had made him feel so relieved about everything in the world. Before he knew it he had fallen asleep. Seconds after waking up from an hour sleep Aang felt better about everything in life. He sat up straight up and closed his eyes focusing on gaining the avatar state. He opened his eyes see that now he was floating and his arrows started to glow. Was it happening? Was he getting back the avatar state back?
-Above ground-
Katara looked around the whole temple trying to find Aang but he was gone. She ran over to Toph asking if she had ‘seen’ where Aang was gone.
“Well sugar queen I can’t really ‘see’ if had gone anywhere,” said Toph in her little attitude.” But if you would like to know where he is, he is down in that chamber again.” Katara hugged Toph thanking her for the info. Katara ran down to the chamber where Aang was and what she saw was unexpected. Aang was up in the air floating and…glowing the baby blue of his arrows.
-Aang-
Aang was walking above the Earth again like he was when he was with the guru. The world was glowing of bright lights everywhere. It looked so peaceful from the view he was from but he knew that the world was still filled with fear for all nations. He walked further down the narrow path finally ending to where he was supposed to. He turned around and was lifted up and he felt the power and the energy flow throw his veins. Suddenly it was over he walked out of the ball of which he had come from and walked back down the narrow path. He closed his eyes and jumped off the path falling down toward Earth feeling terrified but he knew that he would be fine.
Katara’s eyes where widened by shock watching Aang the way she was. Then Aang stated to float down back to the ground and he started to come back from where ever he had come from. She rushed over to Aang’s side and hugged him like he was gone forever. Aang opened his brownish eyes meeting the gaze of Katara’s eyes meeting his eyes.
“What did you do Aang?” said Katara with the most worried face she could show. Aang just smiled saying…
“I guess I needed that hope from you to complete the task I needed to do or gain again,” said Aang with courage in his voice. Katara smiled knowing that he had gained the avatar state again all by himself. The two got up and walked up above ground together with bright smiles on their faces. Toph walked by noticing that something happened to them both. Without asking she felt the vibrations of the two of them and smiled.
“Good job twinkle toes I knew you could do it,” whispered Toph while walking away.
Now there was hope that they would win the war before the comet because there was hope filled their hearts and power to win.
