Sokka would not work as a bender. For one I agree with Four Nations 93 he would lose character if he was a bender. For two he is the 'glue' that holds the group together, without Sokka how would he here some of the others thoughts. Sokka is the heart of the team (and the comic relief). For three he is a warrior he would not be happy as a bender, he showed true self pride and determination in "Sokka's Master". He is perfect just the way he is.

thats treu... and instead of people trying to change him to a water bender they should just realize that hes not at all worthless like some people(no one in specific) make him out to be!!
