As most of us have seen in "Boiling Rock, Part 2", Zuko was evenly matched with Azula, something he could never do in the past. Is his strength still increasing? And will it be enough to defeat Azula?

of course he will in the future. As he teaches Aang he learns more himself. i am sure he will beat Azula

It's not nessisarily his strangth that is increased, but his peace of mind. He now totally beleives in what he is doing and is calm while fire bending, even happy. Zuko may never have the same skills as Azula, but as he becomes more and more sure she is becomeing more unsure. She is being isolated and will soon have to face her mother, if she can.

I don't know. If Zuko wants to defeat her he would pretty much have to kill her, and i don't think he could do that.

but now hes got the help of everyone else including her ex bffs, and i think that the point that they turned on her completly destroyed her inside!

But for Zuko to really defeat Azula he would have to do it alone, or else it would be a bit of a hollow victory.

yes.
Unfortunatly that doesn't make it true, but if Azula goes crazy, as it looks like she will, and Zuko finale learns lightning bending, as we hope he will, than he may be able to lightning bend and Azula may not because of her disbalanced mind. That would be kind of awesome!
