I have a feeling that Zuko will beat her (though Azula will difinently put up an amazing fight cause she is awesome). Since Aang is beating Ozai Zuko will need a villian to fight and Azula unfortunately fits that description

I think it will be during the finale. Either Zuko or Katara will fight Azula.
Katara bloodbends her
Zuko redirects her lightning.
One of the two ways Azula could be thrown off her guard

I would write that episode like this:
Katara and Zuko have a falling out.
Katara attacks Azula, and fails
Zuko tries with the same result
Katara and Zuko make up their falling out and work together to defeat azula.
they all live happily ever after in the gumdrop kingdom next to the chocolate river in houses made out of money, and...uhm, I forgot where I was going with this...

I think Katara will Get her first but zuko will make the last move. Then they hand shake. Katara goes back to Aang & zuko to Mai. |

i don't know if zuko will fight azula in the final battle. either katata will by her self or zuko will be part of a team that takes down azula. since azula usually has ty lee and mai with her.
never can be sure though with writers.

Yeah, I think Azula would have won before Zuko was hit by the dragons but now Zuko's defanatly going to win.
