The episode takes off with Aang and Zuko beginning to do firebending, when Zuko discovers that, since he relied on anger and hate so much for capturing Aang, that his firebending was much weaker, so the two venture off to a sacred, yet old, place in which dragons used to roam, but not anymore.
Fortunately, though, after touching a yellow egg, and getting glued to the ceiling, the two are rescued by a group of Sun Warriors who allow the last (presumely) two dragons swarm around them and let them get their firebending back (with a little help of knowledge as well, of course).
The two show the gang, who are impressed (relatively speaking), but after hearing their story of "The Dragon Dance", the gang all laughed.
