The gang find Aang heading back, but with bad news: that the Firelord must've run away to some underground bunker.
Luckily, though, Toph can find it with her powers, so they follow her lead, but are soon led to Azula, which was all a set-up.
Meanwhile, Zuko confronts his father, telling him of how he is going to join the Avatar, and as he left, Fire Lord Ozai got his attention, and then set him up by shooting lightning at him.
Fortunately, however, Zuko had learned from his uncle how to redirect lightning, so he did so, and then avaided his father, looking for Iroh in his cell, but to find that he isn't there.
Meanwhile, the gang find that Azula was setting the whole plan up after she wasted their time during the eclipse, the time in which the Fire Nation are powerless, and they have to escape her, and fortunately do.
Finally, they escape the island they are on, with, unknowingly, Zuko following their trail, about to ask for forgiveness.
