In this episode, Aang is having many daydreams and nightmares, ones both good and bad, that are resulting from his shock that the eclipse, and time to face the firelord, is coming in four days.
The four are camping around from place to place, nearing fire nation headquarters each time, while at night, Aang constantly has bad dreams, which he wakes up and stays up from, making him tired and having daydreams in the daytime.
However, eventhough Sokka, Katara, and Toph all try to help him out, he is only helped by them getting him a nice bed and comforting him, making him sleep well enough for the eclipse, and him saying that he is ready to face the firelord.
