Zuko and Iroh get an offer to go and personally serve the Earth King tea when they are tricked by Azula, who has absolute control over the Dai Li, and Iroh makes a run for it, but Zuko stays behind and is trapped, and he is put into a cavern deep underground with Katara.....
Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Toph are all visited by Iroh, who is requesting for help, and Katara and Aang and Iroh all go underground while Toph and Sokka go and tell the Earth King about their news.
Meanwhile, Toph (who escaped narrowly and discovered that she had metalbending powers in "The Guru") and Sokka go to the Earth King and discover that the trio aren't the real Kyoshi warriors, but the two get trapped by Azula, and Toph later metalbends them out.
Finally, after a great battle emerges between Zuko and Azula and Katara and Aang, it is broken up by Aang who goes into the Avatar State but is almost killed by Azula, and then protected by Iroh and Katara. Iroh is captured.
Katara, Aang, Sokka, Toph, Bosco (the bear), Momo, and the Earth King all ride away to leave Ba Sing Se for good, saying it has fallen.
