I despise Haru.
He is the weakest Earthbender (in personality). He is a wimp who is just a follower. His mustashe is the only good thing about him because it gives me something to laugh at XD

Haru is SENSITIVE! not weak. Hmmph
And the mustack is silly, but it does make him look older, which is what i think the sreators were looking to do. Or he grew to be more handsome for Katara ;D
Haru still totally has a thing for Katara. I mean its how Kataang is going to come to light. Haru hits on Katara, Katara is slightly uncomfortable but to polite to do anything about it. Aang gets mad and over reacts, Katara gets mad and they don't talk to each other. Than the pro-Kataang members of the group (not sure who that is...Suki maybe?) try to get them to talk, it doesn't work. then they have to fight, and/or get stuck in a room or other succluded area together and have to talk about their FEELINGS! OMG!
That is so the only reason Haru is brought back. That and to prove that his intro episode wasn't complete filler, even though we all know it was.

hes weak, has he ever really fought ? ive never seen him accually fite since the intro ep of him. yeah, i think he does hav a thing for her but is too weak to admit it until the last moment.

He is not WEAK! And the way he carries himself now he is way more confident then he was before (behold the power of facial hair!). We have seen him move massive rocks and it is obvious that he paticipated in the invasion and managed to stay allive, so he's not weak. Plus he was the first one to throw a rock when improsined, none of the others had a strong enough will, but they couldn't break Haru!

he mite not be weak but theres something about him that makes him a pansy. and hes definately not worth katara.
