no , i dont think so , maybe she just had a bad child hood , living in atime of war is not a very happy way to remember ones childhood .

She was raised to be stonic. The beach episode told us that. She had everything she could want growing up as long as she was a good girl. She is jaded by the life she was raised in.

even seeing azula laugh like that is funny, *thinks of the beach episode when trying to get guy to like her*
