You want Bill Clinton BACK in office?! After how he screwed up sooooo much?!?! Geez! And before I rant about FDR, I need to know something.. do you hate Bush? Because if you look at it FDR and Bush had similar president "issues". Both had to try and win over a country to support a war. Difference? FDR actually arrested people who protested the war! Sheez! Bush hasn't done any of that! I came to the thread to post a funny forward I got.. and now look at me! *slaps hand* Anyway.. here is the forward.. Presidential candidates Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John McCain were flying to a debate.
Barack looked at Hillary, Chuckled and said, 'You know I could throw a $1,000 bill out of the window right now and make somebody very happy.' Hillary shrugged her shoulders and replied, 'I could throw ten $100 bills out of the window and make ten people very happy.' John added, 'That being the case, I could throw one hundred $10 bills out of the window and make a hundred people very happy.'
Hearing their exchange, the pilot rolled his eyes and said to his copilot, 'Such big-shots back there. I could throw all three of them out of the window and make 156 million people very happy.'

ummmm, i think the point of Barrack winning should have nothing to do with his race, thats the whole point of the Civil Rights stuff, right? And Hilary isn't all that bad. She lacks crisima, but she would make a good running mate for Barrack, at least I would vote for that ticket.
Oh and FN, that was the funniest joke ever! I loves it!

Okay.. before I continue you have to understand that I really don't like Hilary Clinton. I don't like her politics and I don't like most (not all) of her ideas and standings and whatnot. But I have to admit this... At least we know where she stands on an issue. Obama has only one year of experience in the Senate, and he hasn't really done anything that really shows what kind of leader he is. We don't know where he stands on most of the issues and he doesn't have enough experience. Not as much as Clinton or McCain. If I could vote I'd vote for McCain. And I'm glad someone else besides me enjoyed the joke XD It made me laugh

It's not about experience its about who wold make the best leader. Obamma may not have the longest track record, but he does have a really good one. When we went into Iraq he was leading a protest against it (not that i'm trying to turn this into a anti war thread, i just mean he didn't jump on the anti-war wagon when it got unpopular). Maybe we can only go by what he says, but from what i hear i like. And i would rather have a democrat in the white house than a rebublican. Thats just what i think.

That's totally understandable and you are just as entitled to your opinion as I am. Thats the beauty of America And you would rather have a democrat. I'd rather have a republican. Go figure :-P
