It basically what Aang discovered when he was in his coma of sorts after the earth season finale. They cover the ongoings of the past 4 avatar's in the spirit world. Eventually Roku tells Aang that he perminately damaged the Avatar State, and that when he wakes up, he wont remember anything he learned.
